TECHNICAL EXPERTISE DOESN'T AUTOMATICALLY CREATE LEADERSHIP CAPABILITY.
Many front-line manufacturing leaders are promoted because they are technically capable, experienced and dependable.
But managing people and running a manufacturing operation requires a different set of skills.
Suddenly, they're responsible for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, equipment and performance — often without having been taught how to manage the operation as a complete system.
The Carpathia Academy programme is designed to bridge that gap.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
Our two-day Front Line Manufacturing Leadership Programme combines practical operational knowledge, people leadership and hands-on learning.
Day 1 — Operations Fundamentals for Front Line Leaders
Understand how manufacturing operations work as a complete system, covering people, planning, safety, quality and daily performance management.
Day 2 — Driving Performance in a Real Environment
Develop practical skills in measuring performance, understanding costs, solving problems and leading improvement — including our interactive Carpathia Factory Simulation.
THE CARPATHIA FACTORY SIMULATION
Learning becomes more powerful when you put it into practice.
During the programme, delegates will work together to plan, operate and improve a simulated manufacturing process.
They will experience the challenges of managing people, production flow, quality, delivery and performance — making decisions, solving problems and seeing the consequences of their actions.
The objective is simple: turn knowledge into practical leadership capability.
DON'T JUST LEARN ABOUT MANUFACTURING. EXPERIENCE IT.
